Quality Transport was founded in 2010 by Gregory Armstrong whose vision was to establish Bermuda’s best pre-arranged transport service.
Until 2019, Bermuda’s pre-arranged transport industry did not include the range of services offered in most international transport industries. All pre-arranged transport was carried out by private taxis. Although the transport services were performed at a high standard, it was always a part of Mr. Armstrong’s vision to elevate the local pre-arranged transport industry so that the island’s service offering was on par with the rest of the modern world. After much planning and research, Mr. Armstrong expanded Quality Transport’s services in November of 2019 to make Quality Transport Bermuda’s first Black Car Chauffeur service.
Quality Transport’s mission is to provide ‘peace of mind’ through providing reliable and efficient transportation service. The company strives to continually raise the local standard of service and lead the local transport market. Quality Transport’s services have been accredited by the National Limousine Association and is the only transport company on the island holding this accreditation. The company also received an award from the 2018 LUX Tourism Awards.
Quality Transport partners with affiliates from all over the world and services all client types both local and international including many Fortune 500 companies, local hotels and guest houses and many of Bermuda’s international businesses. The company is experienced with providing transport for large and small scale events from local dine-around and destinations to international conventions and sporting events such as the PGA and Bermuda’s annual international rugby week.
